Career preparation
Resume feedback, planning and targeted practice.
FirstRound · Career access initiative
Opportunity shouldn't depend on what someone can afford. Help job seekers access interview practice, career tools and confidence-building training.
A community-funded idea
Real practice.
More possibilities.
A proposed sponsorship program designed around the candidate, not the sponsor's access to their data.
What a pass could include
Our proposed 30-day Career Access Pass would include 25 SI credits, guided interview practice, resume feedback and a career preparation pathway. Final allowances depend on verified provider costs and program funding.
Resume feedback, planning and targeted practice.
Realistic role-based simulations and actionable feedback.
Sponsors see aggregate outcomes, not resumes or recordings.
Proposed sponsorship options
Choose a sponsorship level, review the agreement and continue to secure payment. Contributions support applicants for free career services and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
Selected sponsorship
Community · $75 USD · 5 seats

All amounts are USD per payment, available once or monthly. Seats are impact targets, not confirmed awards. Review and sign the agreement on the next page before payment; contributions are not charitable or tax-deductible donations.
How it would work
Every stage would be auditable, with separate accounting for funded seats, usage and program costs.
Choose a proposed sponsorship tier or contact us about a community partnership.
Verified payments would fund reserved candidate access through a dedicated ledger.
Eligible job seekers would claim a time-limited pass without entering a payment method.
Candidates would receive guided interview practice, resume feedback and training tools.
Sponsors would receive aggregate seat and training metrics, never private interview records.
We intend to distinguish sponsorship receipts, allocated seats, refunds, provider costs and delivered services. No actual funded-seat totals are published yet.
Sponsors would not receive individual resumes, private interview content, scores or personal details. This program would operate independently of our environmental 2% revenue commitment.
